We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Laborer to join our team at Sterling Kitchens & Bath Inc. as a Production Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products within our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Material Handling: Check and weigh materials and products to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Sorting and Packaging: Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assistance: Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers as needed to maintain a smooth production process.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
- Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
- Teamwork: Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
