Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hospitality Agent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an amazing stay from check-in to checkout. This is a fast-paced and ever-changing role that requires a positive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest requests, issues, and other outreach using the Sonder Service Principles
  • Guide guests through the Sonder experience, ensuring they have an amazing first impression
  • Troubleshoot minor maintenance and technology issues
  • Perform housekeeping quality audits and inventory checks
  • Assist with inventory duties and maintenance of working spaces
  • Travel to multiple Sonder properties throughout the local market
What We Look For
  • Guest-centric and positive mindset
  • Demonstrated experience working in hotels, restaurants, or other customer-facing hospitality, service, and/or customer experience roles
  • Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Comfort in independent problem solving with the humility to ask for help when needed
  • Unintimidated by using mobile apps while in the field for team collaboration and communication
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods of time
