Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-prepared to handle the demands of a fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties: Train our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate the ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our customers' needs.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of excellence in all aspects of our food service operations.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on our food service operations, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
