About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Demolition Worker to join our team at RONI EXCAVATING LIMITED. As a key member of our excavation team, you will be responsible for assisting in the demolition of buildings and other structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the work site.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing the work site by erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Site Cleanup: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from the work site.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and performing physically demanding tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Work Environment: Work outdoors in various locations, including confined spaces, and in noisy, dusty, cold, and hot conditions.
  • Work Setting: Work in a variety of locations, including construction sites.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, flexible, reliable, a team player, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
