Ethan Allen Global is seeking a talented Interior Design Consultant to join our team in Mississauga, ON, Canada. As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, creating customized home solutions that exceed their expectations.

About the Role:

  • Create and sell innovative interior design solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and empathy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong passion for interior design and space planning, with a proven ability to visualize and communicate creative ideas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with a willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
