Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Van Gogh Designs Furniture Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to support the growth and development of our employees.
  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales to ensure fairness and equity in our compensation practices.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
