Job Title: Domestic Housekeeper

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Housekeeper to join our team at Josefina Swolfs. As a Domestic Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our homes, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
  • Stock linen closets and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Handle and report lost and found items, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, and mend clothing and linens as needed.
  • Perform other light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and dependability.
