About the Role

Veerji Fish & Grill Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Lead and direct the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver outstanding results.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Reporting and Record-Keeping

Prepare and submit accurate reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.

Work Scheduling

Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels, meeting the needs of our customers and the business.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
