We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Food and Beverage Operations Manager to lead our food and beverage teams at Matrix Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations of our hotel, including our restaurant, lounge, and banquet services.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of food and beverage professionals to ensure exceptional service and quality standards are met.
- Operations Management: Plan, direct, and coordinate the daily operations of the food and beverage departments, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage the food and beverage budget, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all food and beverage areas, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities for food and beverage staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in senior leadership roles in hotel food and beverage operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food and beverage operations.
