**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Resources Management Expert to join our team at Environmental Resources Management (ERM). As a Senior Environmental Consultant, you will play a key role in growing our business in Canada and providing senior technical expertise on major projects.
In this position, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop modeling studies that provide value to our clients. Your responsibilities will include leading model development, calibration, and validation, as well as developing input water quality data for incorporation into models.
You will also work closely with project teams to acquire environmental permits and regulatory approvals, and serve as a senior technical reviewer to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your technical expertise and leadership skills to expand our integrated water management services to our client base in Canada.
**Key Responsibilities:***
- Lead model development, calibration, and validation of water quality models.
- Develop input water quality data for incorporation into models.
- Work closely with project teams to acquire environmental permits and regulatory approvals.
- Serve as a senior technical reviewer to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- 8-10 years of consulting experience in water resource management, impact assessment, and permitting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in water quality modeling.
- University degree in chemistry, geoscience, engineering, or related field.
- Registered professional in a Canadian jurisdiction.
- Excellent team building and influencing skills.
- Programming and coding skills (e.g. R, VBA, Python).

- An annual salary range of $86,197-$100,000+ (CAD), based on qualifications and experience.
