Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Station House Bar and Grill DTR Ventures Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring a smooth food service experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Restock supplies, clean and sanitize equipment, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Handle customer transactions, process payments, and provide change as needed.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the restaurant.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
