Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a robust construction health and safety culture in daily operations.
  • Provide valuable constructability insights during design phases, develop project execution plans, and manage technical challenges on-site in cost-effective manners.
  • Lead on-site construction operations, encompassing safety protocols, client interfacing, procurement, quality control, and execution.
  • Navigate change/scope creep, effectively balancing costs, schedules, and personnel while maintaining harmony with clients and subcontractors.
  • Cultivate an environment of collaboration, integrity, and open communication, ensuring a cohesive atmosphere where all parties thrive as a unified 'one team'.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess at least 15 years of leadership experience in construction, with notable recognition for their execution skills. A background in mechanical and electrical construction, along with familiarity working with Ontario authorities, is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English, are essential for effective negotiation and collaboration.

Ecosystem provides a generous paid time off package, starting with 6 weeks per year (including 3 weeks of vacation, 5 personal days, office closure between December 25 and January 1, and 10 statutory holidays). An estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 based on location and experience.
