Program Manager Opportunity

We are pleased to offer a new contract opportunity for a Program Manager to join our team at Randstad Canada. This role is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days a week in office on Monday and Thursday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and efficiency.
  • Configure applications to meet requirements and ensure data quality and completeness.
  • Train end-users on how to use applications and interpret generated data.
  • Liaise with other business and technology teams to assess and assign risk and follow up on issues identified during review of communications.
  • Prepare metrics and reporting related to the applicability and effectiveness of the program.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being maintained.
  • Troubleshoot problems using tools and routine procedures; escalate as appropriate.
  • Execute scheduled maintenance routines in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Document procedures, architectural blueprints, and testing methodologies.

Requirements
  • 4+ years relevant Communication Surveillance experience.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and architectures.
  • Experience with various electronic communication platforms and data types.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Compliance Technology at a Large Global Bank.
  • Familiarity with Behavox, Smarsh, Global Relay, Theta Lake, and Mobius vendor solutions.
  • Experience with analytical concepts (e.g., Databases, Indexes, Lexicons, Scenarios, and Models).
  • Experience in doing minor scripting on data types and interfaces (e.g., XML, CSV, EML, API).
