Retail Store Manager

At CANADA INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Ensure that our sales floor is adequately staffed and that our sales associates are assigned to duties that align with their skills and strengths.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote our products to drive sales and meet sales targets.
- Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters: Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform our merchandising and personnel decisions.
- Resolve Issues that May Arise: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may impact our store operations.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure that our inventory is accurately counted and that our stockroom is organized and well-maintained.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Workers: Lead and motivate our sales associates to achieve their best performance and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
