About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a PSW, you will provide personal support and homemaking services to clients in their homes, promoting independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and evaluate client needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and communicating with supervisors as needed.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans under the guidance of the Personal Support Program Manager.
  • Provide daily living assistance, including light cleaning, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Support clients' families by providing respite care and childcare as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certificate in Home Support Worker (Level I, II, III), Personal Support Worker program, or Health Care Aide.
  • Current Standard First Aid Certificate or CPR level C Certificate.
  • Some household management experience and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
