Vape Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Vape City. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vape shop, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient restocking processes.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop sales staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail or sales environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
- Parking: Convenient parking available on site.
