Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Vape City. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vape shop, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked and displayed effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
