Key Responsibilities
  • Department Management
    • Supervise and train a team of associates to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales and productivity goals.
    • Manage the inventory and merchandise of the dairy and frozen food department, including ordering and receiving products, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Ensure that the department is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience and that they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Operations
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the dairy and frozen food department, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including those related to food safety and handling.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a grocery or dairy department.
