Job Title: Floor Covering Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Floor Covering Assistant to join our team at BSM TILES LTD.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will assist in various tasks related to floor covering, including loading and unloading materials, mixing and spreading concrete and asphalt, and performing routine maintenance work.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting in demolishing buildings
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Performing routine maintenance work
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. They must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, 35 hours of work per week, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.

  • Experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Degree, certificate, or diploma is not required
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials
