Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site healthcare services to employees, including COVID-19 screenings, flu clinics, biometric health screenings, and other health-related services.
  • Conduct online training sessions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and pack event supplies and documents, and set up the event area at client facilities.
  • Screen participants using event documents and supplies, and obtain measurements while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Manage adverse events, such as positive screening results, and provide basic health education and coaching to participants.
  • Ensure all event documents are properly completed and submitted.

Requirements:

  • Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current registration with the College.
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • A valid provincial driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Previous community or workplace health service experience is an asset.
  • Experience with Occupational Health is an asset.
