Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring seamless execution of menus and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Culinary Leadership
    • Develop and implement menus that meet customer expectations and preferences
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Staff Supervision
    • Train and develop kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve team productivity
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and minimizing waste
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and optimal delivery schedules
  • Financial Management
    • Manage kitchen budget, optimizing costs and controlling expenses
    • Analyze sales data to inform menu engineering and pricing strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior culinary leadership position
  • Proven track record of managing kitchen budgets and controlling costs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
