Job Summary

Larson Bookkeeping Services Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team. As a Bookkeeping Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Provide clients with information and respond to their inquiries
  • Perform administrative tasks and maintain a high level of organization
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
