Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand and minimizing waste.
- Financial Management: Prepare and submit reports on our financial performance, including sales, expenses, and inventory levels.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Restaurant
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
