Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets to optimize our kitchen operations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
