Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Join RED CHILLI RESTAURANT INC as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring high-quality food and excellent customer service
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a positive and productive work environment
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing resources
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Work under pressure
