The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tour Guide to join our team of adventure leaders. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for leading groups of travelers on exciting and immersive experiences, while also ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead groups of travelers on guided tours, providing expert knowledge and insights about the destinations and activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of travelers, while also promoting a positive and inclusive group dynamic.
  • Manage group logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and meals.
  • Develop and deliver engaging and informative presentations about the destinations and activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to traveler needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of tours and activities.

Requirements

  • Valid category 4 driver's license, allowing you to drive up to 15 passengers.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage group dynamics and resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences for travelers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Commitment to sustainable and responsible tourism practices.
