About the Role

Sunny Travel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outdoor Guide to join our team. As an Outdoor Guide, you will be responsible for leading groups on outdoor sport and recreational trips, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Group Leadership: Escort groups on outdoor sport and recreational trips, providing guidance and instruction on wilderness and wildlife topics.
  • Camping and Equipment: Assemble and maintain camping gear and supplies, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Regulations and Safety: Advise clients on specific regulations such as hunting and fishing laws, boating regulations, and environmental guidelines, ensuring compliance and preventing violations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Special Needs: Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing personalized support and care.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a strong background in outdoor recreation and leadership.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
