Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead complex projects for Fitness World. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for organizing, managing, and planning projects across various departments. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring timely completion of projects, meeting specifications, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • At least five years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
