About the Role
Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Heiltsuk Hospital in Bella Bella. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, providing support to patients and their families as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Perform a range of practical nursing functions, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.

Qualifications
- Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate.
