Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food and beverages according to menu specifications and health and safety standards.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the food counter, kitchen, and dining area.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a team environment, and basic math skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
