You'll advise on strategic programs, analyze business performance, and identify opportunities to achieve business objectives.

Your Impact

In this pivotal role, you'll lead teams in tackling critical strategic requests through analytical problem-solving, effective project management, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the industry. You'll also analyze business operations and data to assess company performance and identify areas for improvement.

What the Role Offers

  • Strategic Program Leadership: Lead teams in tackling critical strategic requests through analytical problem-solving, effective project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the industry.
  • Business Performance Analysis: Analyze business operations and data to assess company performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with department heads and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with operational plans.
  • Deliver Recommendations: Deliver clear action plans to show recommended next steps that demonstrate efficiency, value creation, and measurable improvements.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and present crisp strategic reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to C-level leadership, supported by data-driven recommendations.
  • Strategic Planning: Execution of the company's long-term strategic plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Financial Acumen: Ability to manage and manipulate large data sets to effectively generate insights that will inform strategic initiatives. Experience working with financial information.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy development, management consulting, corporate development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives, managing teams, and working with senior leadership.
  • Strong data analysis skills and financial acumen.
  • Expertise in market research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
