Key responsibilities include utilizing discretion and independent judgment in directing employee work, leveraging fitness experience or knowledge of Pilates to inform decision-making, and ensuring accurate inventory counts for studio retail products.
This high-energy role offers opportunities for professional growth and development, including complimentary continuing education, bonus incentives, and competitive salary with potential for additional earnings through performance-based bonuses.
We seek a highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills, proficient in data management and prioritization, and skilled in executing lead generation via grassroots marketing and networking strategies.
A successful candidate will have a solid understanding of revenue streams, including memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training, and be able to manage these effectively to drive business growth.
