Seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts and other legal documentation for Major Projects. This role will work closely with Project teams and support the Director of Commercial Risk Governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts and other legal documentation.
  • Support Project teams in the day-to-day pursuit and delivery of Projects to proactively identify and manage risks.
  • Assist with development and review of formal Project documentation, such as notices and responses to claims and disputes.
  • Support the Director of Commercial Risk Governance with review and development of resources, templates, and reference material.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
