We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at 2460911 Alberta Inc. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal tax returns.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including management reports and financial dashboards.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Simply Accounting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will have excellent time management and organizational skills.
