We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Communication Options Inc. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting speech-language tests and examinations, diagnosing and evaluating speech, voice, resonance, language, cognitive-linguistic and swallowing disorders, and developing, planning and implementing remedial programs to correct these disorders.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities. You will also have experience working with language disorders, articulation disorders, and various locations. A valid driver's licence and criminal record check are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language tests and examinations
  • Diagnose and evaluate speech, voice, resonance, language, cognitive-linguistic and swallowing disorders
  • Develop, plan and implement remedial programs to correct speech, voice, language, resonance, cognitive-linguistic and swallowing disorders
  • Work with clients in various locations, including private practice and school or educational institutions

Requirements:

  • Master's degree
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
