Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at Bragg Creek Bottle Depot. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shipping and Receiving: Determine the method of shipment, prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents, and assemble containers and crates.
- Inventory Management: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, maintain internal record-keeping systems, and record shortages and reject damaged goods.
- Warehouse Operations: Route goods to appropriate storage areas, pack goods to be shipped, unpack goods received, and oversee loading and unloading of goods.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding.
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, reliability, and team player.
Working Conditions: Overtime required.
Language: English.
Hours of Work: 35 to 40 hours per week.
