We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible hearing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient diagnostics and provide personalized recommendations for hearing aid solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care through counseling, instruction, and follow-up appointments.
  • Sell hearing aids by educating patients on their hearing loss and the technology available to help them regain the gift of sound.
  • Execute lead generation and business networking opportunities to drive growth and success.
  • Ensure repeat and referral business by creating an outstanding experience for every patient.

Requirements:

  • Must be a registered Hearing Instrument Specialist in the Province of Alberta.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Superior commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making and judgment skills.
