Real Estate Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our team at Arlyn Recruiting. Our client, a full-service firm located in downtown Vancouver, is looking for a professional with 5 years of experience handling Commercial Real Estate Paralegal work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review commercial contracts, purchase and sale agreements, easements, rights of way, subdivisions, and strata plans
  • Prepare documents concerning acquisitions and sales of commercial properties, financing, and development of land
  • Attend to the registration of documents and security in land title offices and other government registries
  • Conduct due diligence searches and provide comprehensive summaries to assist in decision-making processes
  • Liaise with internal and external parties involved in the transaction, including preparation of correspondence
  • Assist with other responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience handling Commercial Real Estate Paralegal work
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle assigned tasks independently and as part of a team
