Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team in the Plantagenet area. As an RPN, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our residents in long-term and acute care facilities.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and resident plans of care.
- Utilize sound nursing practices to ensure excellent care and personal attention to residents.
- Ensure timely and safe admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Manage medications and narcotics, adhering to protocols and guidelines.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Ability to work with individuals with infectious diseases.
- BLS Certificate.
- Valid First Aid & CPR.
- Proof of current immunizations and negative TB skin test.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shift times and 'float' between units.
- Reliability and adherence to RhynoCare's shift acceptance/cancellation policy.
