Job Description: Manager, Strategic Performance (18 Month Contract)

This role supports the revenue management, distribution & sales organization with the execution of strategic objectives/goals. The position drives organizational success by developing, implementing, and managing new systems, programs, and capabilities to improve the overall effectiveness of the Four Seasons field.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the activation of the Four Seasons Distribution Strategy with sales and revenue management product and systems, contributing to achieving SOP for the distribution strategy.
  2. Create and execute programs, initiatives, insights, and systems capabilities that drive strategic performance and enable revenue-generating teams to be more effective in their roles.
  3. Identify and recommend innovative solutions to enhance overall field performance and effectiveness.
  4. Foster collaboration across departments and hotels and resorts to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution.
  5. Conduct research and data analysis to inform strategic decision making.
Requirements
  1. Project management, project execution, change management, and analytical skills.
  2. University/college degree preferred.
  3. Minimum 6 years' experience in technology, sales enablement, with at least 3 years' experience in a corporate/above property environment.
  4. Knowledge of Amadeus/Salesforce.
  5. Power BI reporting.
  6. Varicent or similar incentive management platform.
  7. Experience working with project management tools eg Jira, Microsoft Planner, etc.
  8. Knowledge of Four Seasons sales systems and sales workflow process an asset.
  9. Ability to create impact and ROI analysis.
  10. Experience working with multiple vendors simultaneously.
  11. Ability to review and negotiate commercial terms and contracts with vendors.

Work Environment

This role will be a Hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario.
