Tire Terminal Store Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team at The Tire Terminal. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store.
About the Role- This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
- You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handling heavy loads, as well as standing for extended periods.
- Supervise staff, including apprentices, sales workers, design team members, and office staff.
- Assign tasks and duties to sales workers.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
- Order merchandise and establish work schedules.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Co-ordinate activities of workers.
- Oversee security and safety procedures, including criminal record checks.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- A minimum of 7 months of retail management experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
