Community Mental Health Case Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Mental Health Case Manager to join our team at Yorkton Regional Health Centre. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and youth facing mental health issues.
About the Role:
- As a Community Mental Health Case Manager, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide assessments and therapeutic interventions for clients and their families.
- You will use your expertise to address the emotional and social needs of children and youth, with the goal of supporting and strengthening social functioning.
- Your primary focus will be on collaboration with the client and/or family, as well as other service providers within Sunrise Health Region and communities.

Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited institution.
- Registration or eligibility with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW).
- Experience working with clients in the mental health department or area.
- Possession of valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Membership in the Health Sciences Association of Saskatchewan (HSAS).
- Bilingualism or multilingualism, an asset.
