Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is between $28,496 and $31,542, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and organized individual who can provide exceptional support to our healthcare team. As a Medical Support Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing reception and clerical duties, including answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Assisting with various non-invasive clinical and laboratory procedures, such as taking blood pressure and performing ECGs.
  • Preparing and maintaining patient records and files.
  • Ordering supplies and managing inventory.

You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care. A valid driver's license may be required, depending on the location.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Medical Administrative/Clinical Assistant diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate keyboarding skills and computer literacy.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
