Job Title: Physiotherapist
Job Summary:
Bayshore Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Physiotherapist with Bayshore, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in their homes. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their physical limitations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide one-on-one physiotherapy sessions to clients in their homes, focusing on exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Document client progress and treatment plans in accordance with Bayshore's policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in physiotherapy.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy or recognized equivalent.
- Current registration with the applicable provincial College of Physiotherapists.
- Experience working with clients in home health care settings, preferably with a focus on rehabilitation and client-centered care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality care and services.
