Job Title: Physiotherapist

Job Summary:

Bayshore Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating clients in their homes, providing education and support to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their rehabilitation needs and goals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and self-management
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists
  • Experience working in home health care or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
