Meat Department Associate

We are seeking a skilled Meat Counter Clerk to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the display of merchandise to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
- Wrap and package prepared meats to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Weigh meats for sale and ensure accurate pricing.
- Sell meats to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Remove bones from meat and prepare special orders to meet customer requests.
- Price meat products and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products to meet customer needs.
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer requests.
- Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy loads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
