Job Title: Restaurant Operations Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Assistant to join our team at Tim Hortons Fox Creek. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and optimize staffing levels
  • Supervise staff to ensure high-quality customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
