Accounts Receivable Specialist

A dynamic company is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage customer accounts, follow up on payments, and perform various administrative tasks related to accounts receivable. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work in a stimulating and rapidly growing environment.
Responsibilities:- Follow up on unpaid balances and ensure timely payment
- Open new customer accounts and conduct credit checks
- Prepare bank deposits and enter received payments into the system
- Issue credits to customers upon approval and send monthly statements
- Answer customer inquiries about their accounts and perform various administrative tasks
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Fully bilingual in French and English
- Experience in accounts receivable management and knowledge of an ERP software (an asset)
