About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team as a Cabin Integration Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to work with us on complex engineering projects.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for working with suppliers on projects related to cabin completion. You will chair the Engineering Control Change Board (ECCB) for RFC/RFQ/P&OIAS and PCR technical approval, define technical requirements, and lead supplier technical strategies for new cabin components.

You will also lead problem-solving sessions with internal parties and suppliers on a daily basis, negotiate interfaces with other systems and structures, and formalize agreements on Interface Control Drawings (ICD). Additionally, you will lead technical meetings with suppliers and be responsible for delivering quality engineering documentation that meets Bombardier Standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chair ECCB for RFC/RFQ/P&OIAS and PCR technical approval
  • Define technical requirements and lead supplier technical strategies
  • Lead problem-solving sessions with internal parties and suppliers
  • Negotiate interfaces with other systems and structures
  • Formalize agreements on ICD
  • Lead technical meetings with suppliers

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a college or university mechanical or aerospace engineering degree or equivalent, with more than 15 years of relevant experience. You should possess detailed technical knowledge of Challengers and Globals business aircraft interiors and multiple interior meubles.

You should also have solid experience working with Enovia/Catia and Teamcenter/NX (GSD, Assy, Part Body, Drafting, etc.) and be an expert in product structure and aircraft certification. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision are essential.

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $150,000 to $200,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience.
