Job Title: Operations Manager, Manufacturing

JIO PRINTS is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our manufacturing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes, managing inventory, and supervising a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train employees, provide guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules, recommend replacement of machines as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a manufacturing or operations management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
